What are the advantages of a Private plan?

A Private plan allows you to generate models and images in a private mode, meaning only you can see and use them. With a Private plan, you can also download high-resolution images, and your generated content is licensed for commercial use.

What is the difference between a Free Public plan and a Paid Private plan?

With the Free Public plan, you can create images and models, but these will be visible to other users on the platform. If you want to work in private mode, you’ll need to subscribe to either the Private Standard or Private Pro plan. On the Free plan, you cannot download high-resolution images or use the images for commercial purposes. However, it allows you to explore the platform before deciding whether to subscribe to a paid plan.

Can I use images I create with exactly.ai for commercial purposes?

Yes, if you subscribe to a paid plan, you can use images you create for commercial purposes. The plan includes a commercial licence for images generated with your own models or Verified public models. If you're on the Free plan, you do not have a licence to use the images you create for commercial purposes.

What is a Public Model?

A Public Model is a model created and trained by a user of exactly.ai, and published on our platform under exactly.ai/models. You can use these models to generate images. There are two types of Public Models:

1. Verified Public Models – Images produced with these models can be used for commercial purposes.
2. Public Models – Images produced with these models cannot be used for commercial purposes.

How do artists get paid when they publish and verify their models on exactly.ai?

Artists who publish and verify their models on Exactly.ai earn revenue each time subscribers generate images using their models. exactly.ai shares revenue with artists based on the number of images generated with their verified models.

I want my session to be private. What should I do?

Subscribe to one of the paid tariff plans to create models and images in private mode.

What happens if I exceed my image generation limit on my plan?

If you exceed your generation limit, you will need to either wait until the next billing cycle for your limits to reset or purchase additional credits, depending on your plan. Upgrading your plan can also increase your generation limits.

Can I downgrade from a Private Pro plan to a Private Standard plan?

Yes, you can downgrade your plan at any time. However, you may lose access to certain features, such as higher generation limits or advanced tools, and any existing private models created under the Pro plan will still be accessible but with the limitations of the Standard plan.
